Daisy is a regular, everyday, snarky teenager who works at the local grocery store, but her sister, Ellie, is engaged to the crown prince of Scotland.  Because the paparazzi start stalking Daisy, Ellie has her brought to Scotland to teach her how to deal with the press.  Here, Daisy meets Seb, the younger brother of the prince and his group of royal friends.  Hijinks ensue.prince charming book cover

This was a cute story, very ‘bubble-gum”y.  Parts of this book bothered me a little, for example, Daisy’s parents are both Brits, but Daisy doesn’t know how anything works over there while on her trip.  Has she never visited, or even talked to, her parents’ families?  Also, Scotland doesn’t have kings or queens (and hasn’t since, like, the 1600s, because...England), so if you don’t mind ignoring that type of thing, and want a cute, no-stress story, this might be for you.
